How long after I place my order will it be shipped?
You can expect speedy fulfillment on all of your orders. In most cases, if your ordering from the USA, your order is processed and shipped within 2 business days. We ship from New Jersey. Most orders within the US are received within 10 business days.
Overnight, 2 Day, and Express Shipments are processed the same day if we receive your order before 1:00pm EST Monday – Friday Only! We are not open on the weekends.
Customers please be aware we will make every effort to deliver your entire order in one shipment.We ship with the US Post office (first class and Priority Mail) and Fedex.
How do I return an item?
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Returns made within 30 day on non-clearance items are entitled to a full refund. We will credit your account, less any shipping charges. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return/exchange an item(s) please complete the return information found on the back of the invoice and include a copy with your return. For a full credit, please use the original packaging in “Resellable Condition” with any/all garment tags attached to the product. If an item is worn or washed we can not except the product back for a refund.
For orders with “Free Shipping Promotions”, the original shipping will also now apply.
Please note that any Final Sale or Clearance sale items are final sale only. You can return them for an exchange or if they arrive damaged only.

Packages must be returned pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. returns. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the item(s) being received. We will only accept returns that have all the original tags in place and are returned in their original packaging. Please allow 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

What items cannot be returned?
Calendars/Go-Karts/Canvas Prints/Linear Edge Artwork/DVD’s/Games/Books/CDs/Final-Clearance Sale items
You may return these items for EXCHANGE ONLY if they are defective. If so, indicate where the defect lies and upon verification, replacement of same item will be issued. For missing or defective trading card(s), replacement will be forwarded via US Postal Service at no charge.
All Clearance or Final Sale items are non-returnable.
Do I need to pay sales tax on my orders?
Yellow Compass Group is required to collect applicable New Jersey State Sales Taxes on all shipments within New Jersey. No sales tax applies to orders shipped to an address in any other state.
